The Milwaukee Phoenix's main focus is skill development. Our goal in the long-term is to prepare players for the next level of Junior and College Hockey. In the shorter term, to improve every players skills set so they return to their WIAA team a more well-rounded and confident player. Please visit our Alumni page to view past Phoenix players that have used the program as a stepping stone to higher-level hockey.

Our Mission is to provide the best possible coaching, quality management, and better, more consistent competition in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan. To serve as a compliment to player's "Home" programs by giving them a direct and more cost-effective alternative to a full-time AAA program.

Our success comes from giving players the visibility, opportunity, and skill & knowledge to play Junior and College hockey.
